ECOMECO started with eco-friendly changes in our household. We put our heart and soul into providing sustainable alternatives that you and I will both use.

Therefore, we also designed our products to be affordable and accessible because we know being a parent is hard enough already!

what does ECOMECO mean?

ECOMECO = ECO + ME + CO

It means me and you are in this together! We're all trying our best to make eco-friendly decisions that can be easily incorporated into our every day lives.

do you have a shop location?

We currently only sell online and ship within Australia.

can your bamboo wipes be used on newborns?

Yes of course, ECOMECO bamboo wipes can be used on your newborn, little ones and the whole family! They are strong, soft and absorbent for any messes.

Our sensitive skin formula is dermatologically tested, hypoallergenic and pH balanced. Also ECOMECO bamboo wipes are made with 100% biodegradable bamboo fibre that is naturally antibacterial!

do your bamboo wipes contain alcohol?

No, ECOMECO bamboo wipes does not contain any alcohol. All ingredients are natural, vegan and non-toxic.

do your bamboo wipes contain any fragrance?

No, ECOMECO bamboo wipes does not contain any fragrance. All ingredients are natural, vegan and non-toxic.

does your bamboo wipes have chemicals in them?

No harsh chemicals are used in our ECOMECO bamboo wipes! All ingredients are natural, vegan and non-toxic.

why subscribe?

Being a parent is busy enough. Take the mental load off and don't worry about running out of wipes!

how does subscriptions work?

We will automatically create your order and charge your credit card according to your subscription schedule.

You don't have to do anything, and it will be delivered to your door step each month!

*Minimum 2 cycles are required.

how do I edit my subscription?

You need to create an ECOMECO account to manage your subscriptions.

can I cancel my subscription?

Yes of course, but we will be sad to see you go :(

where do you ship?

We sell and ship only within Australia.

how much is shipping?

For orders under $60, there is a flat rate fee of $15.

FREE Australian shipping on orders $60+

do you have express shipping?

Sorry we currently do not provide express shipping.

what are your delivery timeframes?

ECOMECO take pride in processing your order the next business day.

Once we have received your shipping notification, please allow:

  • Metro delivery - 2-8 business days
  • Regional - we will find the best suited courier to ship your order

who do you ship with?

We use 100% carbon neutral delivery service Sendle.

Please note parcels sent with Sendle are automatically booked as Authority to Leave. The driver will leave your parcel at your address where it is safe to do so.

can I track my order?

Yes, our 100% carbon neutral delivery service with Sendle provide tracking details.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

can I return my product?

Yes, we have a 30 day return policy.

how am I eligible for a return?

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
